Hani is the Executive Director of Mubadala Capital as well as the company’s Acquisitions & Investment Management. Prior to joining the company, Hani was a member of Merrill Lynch’s investment banking team in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Education: Harvard Law School and John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University; Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, both in the U.S.A.
