Khaled Abdulla Al Qubaisi

Executive Director, Human Capital

Khaled Abdulla Al Qubaisi is the Executive Director of Mubadala’s Human Capital unit, where his role is to focus on performance management, learning and development; career growth for all employees; and Emiratization.

Khaled joined Mubadala from International Capital where he was the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to International Capital he was Head of Corporate Finance & Business Development at National Bank of Abu Dhabi where he played a role in developing the bank’s Investment Banking capabilities.

Board Memberships: National Health Insurance Company, Daman (Chairman), National Central Cooling Company - PJSC Tabreed (Managing Director), Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Chairman), Manazel Real Estate Company, Finance House, Health Authority - Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management.

Education: BA in Finance and Operation Management from Boston University and an MSc from George Washington University in Washington, DC, in addition to achieving membership of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA) in 2003.
